The Crossroads Team

Juli Chaffee, Ph.D, LCSW

There are many different reasons to seek out therapy and whether you are facing a crisis that is overwhelming or need to work through deeper, life dominating issues, you don't have to be alone.  My desire is to walk alongside you throughout the process with support, compassion and professional knowledge.  My areas of passion include strengthening marriages and families, parenting and teen issues, depression, trauma/abuse, body image/balanced eating struggles and women's issues.  Additionally, I have an awareness of the difficulties that accompany those who work in ministry and understand the unique balance between getting the help needed for you or your family while still doing your job.   I  am able to provide a safe but therapeutic place for you to find healing.  I've been in the field since 1991 and worked in various settings including residential, inpatient, churches and private practice.

Adrienne Liebich, MS LCPC

I understand that taking the first step towards change can be very difficult and making the decision to begin therapy is often times not easy. It is my goal to provide my clients with a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment to begin their journey of self-discovery. Helping individuals, couples, and families of all ages discover ways to promote positive change in their lives truly is my greatest accomplishment as a therapist. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Services/Counseling and I am a

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have a National Counselor Certification issued by NBCC.  Additionally, I hold a School Counseling Certification and believe in working collaboratively with others as needed to support the mental stability of children and adolescents. My experience primarily includes supporting clients struggling with relational stress, anxiety, depression, adolescent issues, adjusting to

life transitions, self-esteem, self-injury, trauma, and grief/loss. I have been in the mental health field since 2002 and have worked in a variety of different settings, which include outpatient services, inpatient psychiatric services, residential, schools, and crisis intervention services.
